SEMINOLE, Fla. — Superior Uniform Group has acquired Blade Sportswear Inc., expanding its foodservice expertise and offerings, the company says.
Blade, founded in 1991, specializes in the design, manufacture and distribution of uniforms to domestic restaurant and foodservice chains throughout the United States. The transaction is an asset purchase, including the assumption of certain liabilities.
