PULASKI, N.Y. — Fulton, a manufacturer of boilers and thermal fluid heaters, recently broke ground on a 112,000-square-foot addition to its manufacturing plant and corporate headquarters. The addition will effectively triple the building’s footprint, the company says, and help it meet expanding production demands.
