CINCINNATI — Cintas Corp. has acquired the uniform rental and first-aid supply businesses of privately held Van Dyne Crotty, headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, for an undisclosed amount, Cintas announced Friday.
The acquisition includes 25 Van Dyne Crotty operations — 20 uniform rental operations and five operations under the name Select First Aid. It doesn't include Van Dyne Crotty's Ritz Safety division, which will continue to operate as an independent company.
