RIPON, Wis. — UniMac, a manufacturer of on-premise laundry equipment, has begun offering Building Information Modeling (BIM) objects of its most popular models for download by architects and engineers. The company claims it is the first laundry equipment manufacturer to offer this service.
BIM uses three-dimensional, dynamic modeling software to create a virtual building. BIM objects are representations of the actual parts and pieces being used in the building.
