Consolidated Laundry Machinery (CLM) recently launched a new maintenance program for laundry operations using the company’s dryers.
The program’s four options are tailored to match the size and on-site maintenance capability and requirement of the customer. Each plan includes service, parts and labor discounts. The options range from semi-annual visits to a plan with monthly visits, an assigned technician, same-day priority service response and 24/7 emergency telephone support.
“This is the first time we’ve made structured service plans available,” says Carolyn Landsperg, vice president and general manager. “Because each one has the regular and recommended maintenance and repair built in, it makes it easy for customer to ensure proper service for their CLM dryers.”
