Cintas Corp. recently introduced its 2011 Uniform Book. Featuring more than 270 new styles, fits and colors, the updated style guide aims to assist hospitality industry leaders in designing a comprehensive apparel program.
“This year’s Uniform Book offers more than just uniforms. It gives hoteliers and brand managers the opportunity to become more intimate with the design process and better understand how an apparel program comes to life,” says Kristin Sharp, director of design and merchandising. “From direct sale to rental apparel options, it showcases a variety of garments to fit any style or budget.”
Organized by department, the 2011 Uniform Book opens each section with a style overview offering suggestions on how to create a consistent look. It also advises customers in developing department-specific programs. For example, brand identity, seasonal comfort and modifications are a few of the key considerations hoteliers should keep in mind when identifying a program for front door staff.
Quick Response (QR) Codes and microsites also are located throughout the catalog, linking readers to online videos and other resources to help make it easier to maintain an apparel program. Icons guide readers through the catalog, offering an easily identifiable symbol for different types of items, including eco-friendly fabrics or selections with women’s sizing available.
