Most Confident Their Laundry Would Pass Inspection

CHICAGO — Roughly 71% of managers and administrators who took this month's Wire survey say their laundries have been inspected by a regulatory or accreditation agency within the last two years.

About the same percentage believe their laundry would pass a surprise inspection today "without a doubt." Another 28% aren't quite so confident, answering "Most likely."

The level of support they receive from upper management, both personally and professionally, is quite good, with 42.9% of respondents calling it "Total," while 25% said "Above average" and 28.6% said "Average."
